Welcome to the 2022/2023 Strawberry Hill PTO!
Please join us for meetings the first Tuesday of each month (Sept. – Dec. and Feb. – May) held at 6:00 pm in the Strawberry Hill Computer Lab.
The PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) exists solely for the betterment of Strawberry Hill’s students. Through fundraising and donations, the PTO provides funding for: teacher materials for their classrooms, curriculum enrichment items, field trips, free school activities and supplements in other areas where school funding may fall short. The goal of the PTO is to help every child, every year.
Those of you who are new to Strawberry Hill and/or PTO, welcome! All parents of Strawberry Hill students are members of the PTO. PTO meetings are a great way to learn more about the school!

President (Creates meeting agenda; may lead PTO meeting; coordinates/collaborates with Principal/school faculty; coordinates work done by officers)
Vice-President (May lead PTO meeting; helps the President)
Secretary (Records meeting minutes for PTO membership and PTO officer meetings)
Treasurer (Drafts and manages budget and checking account for the PTO; coordinates check signing with President)
Hospitality Chair (Creates and distributes PTO thank-you’s, and coordinates food for events if applicable)
Publicity Chair (Publicizes and dissimintes information about and created by PTO, including PTO events; and creates and distributes newsletter)
Volunteer Coordinator (Obtains and organizes volunteer lists for PTO sponsored events [Note: Committees are established for PTO events at monthy PTO meetings])
