LEGAL STATUS OF THE BOARD
Purpose: To explain the legal status of the Board.
Policy: The Board of the Anamosa Community School District derives its legal status from the Constitution of the State of Iowa and the statutes enacted by the General Assembly. The Board acts as an agent of the State in developing an educational program in accordance with the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Iowa.
