Strawberry Hill Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) invites you to join us!
The PTO welcomes new members and ideas for the 2016-2017 school year!
We know that it is difficult to find time for extra activities, but the time spent with the PTO helps our children, teachers, school and community.
PTO meetings begin at 6:00 pm in the Strawberry Hill Computer Lab on the first Tuesday of every month. Our meetings generally last one hour.
Everyone is encouraged to participate in at least one PTO meeting throughout the year.

Informal Officer Position Description: (Please reference By-Laws for formal descriptions)
President (Creates meeting agenda; may lead PTO meeting; coordinates/collaborates with Principal/school faculty; coordinates work done by officers)
Vice-President (May lead PTO meeting; helps the President)
Secretary (Records meeting minutes for PTO membership and PTO officer meetings)
Treasurer (Drafts and manages budget and checking account for the PTO; coordinates check signing with President)
Hospitality Chair (Creates and distributes PTO thank-you’s, and coordinates food for events if applicable)
Publicity Chair (Publicizes and dissimintes information about and created by PTO, including PTO events; and creates and distributes newsletter)
Volunteer Coordinator (Obtains and organizes volunteer lists for PTO sponsored events [Note: Committees are established for PTO events at monthy PTO meetings])
