EMERGENCY REMOVAL
Purpose: To provide for the immediate removal of students.
Policy: All personnel shall be made aware of the proper procedure for the immediate removal of
individuals from District property, who poses a physical threat to students or personnel of the
District or of its orderly operations.
The immediate removal of a student shall be through suspension.
Removal of any person or persons from District property shall be by request of a District
Administrator or Director or their designee, followed by use of local law enforcement officials if
necessary.
The Superintendent shall develop rules and procedures to be approved by the Board.
