COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS
Purpose: To assure compliance with state regulations in the administration of the Transportation
Program.
Policy: Policy and rules and procedures for the transportation of students to and from school
shall be in strict compliance with statutory provisions and Department of Education regulations.
