It’s that time of year again! We are looking forward to the 2022-2023 school year….and recruiting preschool and kindergarten age students for the upcoming year. We have great opportunities at Strawberry Hill Elementary with many talented and caring adults to assist you and your child.
Sending your child to school creates many questions but as a parent myself I mainly wanted to know “who will be my child’s teacher and will they be good to my child?” I will tell you each teacher on the preschool team and kindergarten team are passionate about what they do and the age group they serve. I hope you will gain a better sense of who our teachers are and what our preschool and kindergarten programs are all about!
Incoming preschool parents
We have a presentation attached including program details and pictures showing some of the fun learning preschoolers do in our program. We also ask that you sign up your child for our program. (When immunizations are complete and turned into school, we will then place them on a roster for 2022-2023 school year.)
Incoming kindergarten parents
On May 6th, we will host Kindergarten Round Up for students who are age eligible. We will be hosting and transitioning our students from their current preschool program into the kindergarten classrooms with our kindergarten team for introductions, play time and a few learning activities. We will also host those who are not in our current programming to introduce them into our school, kindergarten classrooms and with our kindergarten team of teachers. We have attached a kindergarten presentation and handbook for parents to view.
