BACKGROUND:    

Bid requests for the 2009-2010 school year were sent to vendors on June 22, 2009 for milk. 

Please find the summary of milk bids attached.  After further review, Sue White would like to recommend accepting the Anderson Erickson bid for milk for the 2009-2010.  They are willing to bring milk coolers to all buildings to replace current Swiss Valley coolers.

 

THE SUPERINTENDENT’S RECOMMENDATION IS:

BACKGROUND: 

Board Policy 204.1 provides guidelines for Board meetings/work sessions to be held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.  Any changes or deviations in this guideline must be approved by the Board with a majority vote.  With Labor Day falling on Monday, September 7, 2009, it is requested to change the Board Meeting to Tuesday, September 8, 2009.

 

THE SUPERINTENDENT’S RECOMMENDATION IS:
