Special Meeting
May 23, 2011
The
Anamosa Board of Education met in special session on May 23, 2011, at 6:32
p.m., in the high school library with President Tiedt presiding. Members present: Kilburg, McKean,
Crump, Darrow
and Riniker. Director Sellnau was absent.
Motion
by Riniker, seconded by McKean to adopt the agenda, as printed.
Motion carried 6-0.
Motion
by Crump, seconded by Darrow to approve the consent agenda(personnel
appointments/
adjustments), as submitted. It was noted contract approval for Katherine
Mejia and Michael Myer
is contingent on them
being able to secure Iowa teaching certificates. Motion carried 6-0.
Motion
by Riniker, seconded by McKean to ratify the teacher Master Contract for
2011-12, as
presented.
Motion carried 6-0.
Motion
by Crump, seconded by Riniker to adjourn at 6:45 p.m.
Motion carried 6-0.
